We passed through Ft Bridger, Wyoming. A historic location since in 1961 my brother Hank was headed home to Denver in his Lloyd when it quit running. A common occurence for the Lloyd, but this time it was fatal. Hank hopped on a bus and the Lloyd stayed in Ft Bridger.

Wyoming designated it a historic site in honor of the Lloyd. As the slightly modified Kingston Trio song says, "It may rot forever in Ft Bridger, Wyoming, it's the Lloyd that never returned."

This Texaco station looks old enough. Is this the final resting place of the Lloyd?
